Production Turnaround Time

7-10 Business Days After PDF Proof Approval - estimate only - supply chain availability will dictate final turn time

Day one begins the business day after you have approved your digital PDF proof. We will send your proof within 4 business hours after receipt of your paid order. For example, if you submit your order at 10:00 am on Monday, you will receive a PDF proof by 2:00 pm on Monday. If you approve your proof by 4:00 pm on Monday, your order will be completed by the following Tuesday at 4:00 pm. 

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Proofing

We offer free digital PDF proofs for you to ensure that your text and graphic placement is correct. Please note this is not a color proof, but a chance to make sure your text and graphics have processed accurately. Printed proofs are optional, for $20.00 plus tax, and can be picked up from our location at 1515 Central Ave South, Kent, WA 98032.

File Preparation

Each insert should be set up at the selected size using CMYK as the color mode. If you have color that extends to the edge of any side, the file should include an additional 1/4" of bleed on all four sides. We prefer files to be sent as PDFs, but can accept most file formats. Be sure to use graphics and images that are at least 125 dpi at the size they are being printed (note that simply increasing the dpi in Photoshop does not actually yield a higher resolution image). If the print options you are seeking are not available on this page, please request a custom quote. Our large format department can print on many interesting substrates, including wood, metal, plastic, and glass. We also have the ability to custom route unique shapes and designs.
